30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our sales. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@themuslimreset.com with your order number and we'll help you arrange it with Paddle.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your paid period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll review your situation in good faith.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. It can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection laws that apply to you.
